The product
A Syncpoint activation code: a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited syncs in Syncpoint for Adobe Premiere Pro on up to 2 computers. Syncpoint itself is free to download and includes 3 free syncs per computer, so you can try it on your own footage before buying.
Price
$149 USD (launch price), a single payment with no subscription. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where required.
Seller
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Delivery
Your activation code is shown right after checkout and emailed to you with the download link. Enter it in Syncpoint: Activate, at the bottom of the panel.
Requirements
A Mac with Adobe Premiere Pro 2026 (version 26.0) or later, and an internet connection to activate and to use the free syncs. Windows is not supported yet.
Updates
Updates within version 1 are included with the purchase.
Activation codes
Each code is for one buyer, on up to 2 computers. We may suspend or deactivate a code if we reasonably believe the License Agreement has been broken, for example a code shared, published or sold, used on more computers than allowed, bought by fraud, or refunded or charged back. A code deactivated for a breach is not refunded; one deactivated by mistake is restored or refunded.

License
Use of Syncpoint is governed by the License Agreement, including its restrictions on copying, reverse engineering and using Syncpoint to build or train other software.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. The courts of Los Angeles County, California have jurisdiction over any dispute.
